The River Club Management Team pride themselves in understanding what is needed by our clients to run a smooth &  successful Event or Conference. Each room is fully equipped with audio visual equipment and offers it’s own individual character for your event.  The River Club offers an ambience that is created by an efficient service in a relaxed manner and is unrivalled in Cape Town. The rolling lawns bordered by the Liesbeeck River creates a calming country feeling. Not only will the calming nature of the venue lower your stress levels, but it will help to increase each delegate’s focus on the content of the conference,  and tantalize their taste buds with delicious meals prepared by our in-house chefs, giving them the energy to complete the day.

Our Conference Centre has eight rooms of various sizes ( break-away rooms available), ideal for any event from corporate conferences to exhibitions and birthday parties or year-end functions of up to 450 guests ( depending on style). Highly competitive rates and superior, personalised service is our recipe for success. We offer a fully professional service encompassing audiovisual equipment, fax and photocopying facilities.

We offer a full Event Management service where you will meet with our Event Consultants who will discuss your decor, entertainment and dietry requirements. The Consultants will help you choose from a variety of Buffet, Cocktail or A-la-Carted Menu’s or will tailor your package to suite your individual requirements accordingly.
